VIII LVIV INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC FORUM
"European Partnership - Open Opportunities"

 

GENERAL PARTNER
Partnership contribution € 25 000

The General Partner will be granted following benefits:

  • The General Partner will be announced as Forum General Partner.
  • The General Partner company will be officially announced in mass media as a General Partner of the Forum.
  • The General Partner will be mentioned in all Forum information materials, including brochures, booklets, press-releases, interviews and publications as well as other information materials.
  • The General Partner’s logo will be placed in outdoor advertising on the faces of buildings where the Forum will take place (outdoor painted wall advertisement on the face of the University building.)
  • The General Partner’s logo as well as the information about the company will be placed in the handout to be distributed among the representatives of mass media at the press conferences, briefings etc. (according to the parties agreement.)
  • The General Partner’s logo will be put on the x-banners in the Forum venues (x-banners in the halls of the University (for 2 days), Scientist’s Hall (for 2 days), the Pototskys Palace (for 1 night) as well as in patio (for 1 night.)
  • Detailed information about the General Partner, including the link to the General Partner’s web page will be put on the Forum’s website (the volume of information to be indicated in the agreement), the hyperlink will be put on the General Partner’s website as well.
  • The General Partner’s logo will be placed in Forum advertisement in prints and Internet-publications (Expert business magazine, Business Ukraine, LigaBusinessInform etc.)
  • The representatives of the General Partner will be granted a possibility to give a ten-minute speech not less than 2 times (participation in the theme round table discussion as a speaker/cospeaker.)
  • The General Partner will be granted a right to participate in Forum press events as one of the speakers.
  • Video materials about the General Partner will be demonstrated on the screens located in the Forum venues (a minute’s length video materials provided by the General Partner will be demonstrated on plasma screens, located in the halls of the University and Scientist’s Hall for 2 days while round tables discussions will be held.) Total amount is 8 screens. The number of performances to be agreed.
  • The General Partner’s promotional materials will be presented on the stands at the accreditation place of the participants (the stand and materials are provided by the General Partner.)
  • The General Partner’s logo will be put on Forum promotional materials to be distributed among the participants, including booklets, folders, notebooks and catalogues.
  • The representatives of the General Partner will be invited to participate in the Forum free of charge (not more than 4 people.)
  • The General Partner will be awarded VIII Lviv International Economic Forum General

 

OFFICIAL PARTNER
Partnership contribution from €15 000 to € 20 000
Special partnership terms may be negotiated depending on the contribution volume

The Official Partner will be granted following benefits:

  • The Official Partner will be announced as Forum Official Partner.
  • The Official Partner will be mentioned as the Forum Official Partner in all Forum information materials, including brochures, booklets, press-releases, interviews and publications as well as other information materials.
  • The Official Partner’s logo will be placed in outdoor advertising on the faces of buildings where the Forum will take place (outdoor painted wall advertisement on the face of the University building.) (upon condition that the partnership contribution volume will be more.)
  • The Official Partner’s logo will be placed in the handout to be distributed among the representatives of mass media at the press conferences, briefings etc.
  • The Official Partner’s logo will be put on the x-banners in the Forum halls (x-banners in the halls of the University (for 2 days) and Scientist’s Hall (for 1 day)
  • Detailed information about the Official Partner, including the link to the Official Partner’s web page will be put on the Forum’s website (the volume of information to be indicated in the agreement.)
  • The Official Partner’s logo will be placed in Forum advertisement in the Internet-publications (Expert business magazine, Business Ukraine, LigaBusinessInform etc.)
  • The representatives of the Official Partner will be granted a possibility to give a ten-minute speech not less than 1 time.
  • Video materials about the Official Partner will be demonstrated on the screens located in the Forum venue (a forty-second video materials provided by the Official Partner will be demonstrated on plasma screens, located in the halls of the University and Scientist’s Hall for 1 day while round table discussions will be held.) Total amount is 8 screens. The number of performances to be agreed.
  • The Official Partner’s promotional materials will be distributed at the accreditation places of the participants (materials are provided by the Official Partner.)
  • The Official Partner’s promotional materials will be distributed among the participants of the Forum (the souvenirs will be put into the bags for the participants.)
  • The Official Partner’s logo will be put on the Forum promotional materials to be distributed among the participants, including booklets, folders, notebooks and catalogues.
  • The representatives of the Official Partner will be invited to participate in the Forum free of charge (not more than 3 people.)
  • The Official Partner will be awarded VIII Lviv International Economic Forum Official

 

 

Forum PARTNER
Partnership contribution not less than € 8 000

The Partner will be granted following benefits:

  • The Partner will be announced as a Forum Partner.
  • The representatives of the Partner will be granted a possibility to give a speech.
  • Information about the Partner will be put on the Forum’s web page (volume is provided by the agreement).
  • Video materials about the Partner will be demonstrated on the screens located in the Forum venues (a twenty-second video materials provided by the Partner will be demonstrated on plasma screens, located in venues where the round tables discussions will take place.)
  • The Partner’s promotional materials will be distributed among the participants (promotional materials will be put into the bags for the participants.)
  • The representatives of the Partner will be invited to participate in the Forum free of charge (not more than 2 people.)
  • The Partner will be awarded VIII Lviv International Economic Forum Partner Honorary Diploma.

 

 

 

FORUM GENERAL SPONSOR
Sponsorship contribution € 10 000

The General Sponsor will be granted following benefits:

    • The representative of the Sponsor will be granted a possibility to participate in a thematic round table discussion as a speaker/cospeaker.
    • The General Sponsor’s logo will be placed in outdoor advertising on the faces of buildings where the Forum will take place (outdoor painted wall advertisement on the face of the University building.)
    • The General Sponsor’s logo will be put on the x-banners in the Forum venues (x-banners in the University hall (for 2 days).
    • The stand with the General Sponsor’s materials will be placed in the University hall (the stand and materials are provided by the General Sponsor.)
    • The representatives of the General Sponsor will be invited to participate in the Forum free of charge (not more than 2 people).
    • The General Sponsor’s logo will be placed on the compact-disk with the summary of the Forum.

    FORUM SPONSOR
    Sponsorship contribution € 6 000

    The Sponsor will be granted following benefits:

      • The Sponsor will be granted a possibility to participate in the thematic round table discussion as a speaker/cospeaker.  
      • The Sponsor’s logo will be put on the Forum promotional materials to be distributed among the participants, including booklets, folders and/or notebooks.
      • The Sponsor’s logo/video materials (a twenty-second video materials are provided by the Sponsor) will be demonstrated on plasma panels in the buildings the Forum will take place.
      • The Sponsor will be granted a possibility to distribute its promotional materials (the promotional materials will be put into the bags for the participants.)
      • The representative of the Sponsor will be invited to participate in the Forum free of charge.
      • Sponsor’s logo will be placed on the compact-disk with the summary of the Forum.

      EVENT SPONSOR
      Sponsorship contribution € 3 000

      The Sponsor will be granted following benefits:

      • The Sponsor’s advertising and information materials will be placed in the University hall during the event registration of the participants which is supported by the Sponsor.
      • The representative of the Sponsor will be invited to participate in the Forum free of charge.
      • The Sponsor’s logo will be placed on the event invitation which is supported by the Sponsor.
      • The banner with the Sponsor’s logo will be placed at the event supported by the Sponsor.
